KBR Fund Management Limited is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) to carry on Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities under Part V of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

  • 2007
    • Founded by Mr. Dick Kwan with a team of experience asset management professionals
  • 2008
    • January
      Granted licenses by Securities and Futures Commission.
    • Appointed Investment Manager to New Capital International Investment Limited (New Capital, 1062.hk) with AUM of approximately HKD 200 million.
  • 2011
    • December
      Investment Manager for total AUM HKD 272 million.
  • 2012
    • March
      New Capital issued new shares to China Development Bank International Holdings Limited. In June 2012, New Capital was renamed as China Development Bank International Investment Limited (CDBI). KBR re-appointed as Investment Manager to CDBI.
    • December
      Investment Manager for total AUM HKD 1.0 billion.
